our purpose

The Phenomenal Women Debutante Program is designed to provide instructional techniques in the areas of college preparation, leadership, outreach, peer interaction, self-discipline, self-esteem, financial literacy, social grace and much more. The debutantes will be instructed from April through June and will climax with a formal debutante cotillion.


PROGRAMS

social grace

Provides skills that focus on navigating polite mannerism, etiquette and behavior in private and professional social settings.

self-AWARENESS

Gives a plethora of knowledge and principles for young ladies to live in knowing and valuing their self-worth.

peer interaction

raises awareness of the importance and benefits of peer relationships and offers strategies on how to develop and maintain peer relationships.

sharon d. jones, FOUNDER and ceo




Sharon D. Williams Jones is a woman of character and dignity, a visionary and an ​astounding woman of excellence. She is married to Bishop Paul L. Jones,Sr. and is the ​Executive Pastor of Freewill Ministries.


She attended the Northwest Florida School of Ministry and studied Psychology at ​Pensacola State College. The Lord has birthed several ministries through her, but most ​notable ministry is Phenomenal Women which empowers women.


Sharon is also the Founder and CEO of Phenomenal Women, which includes a community ​outreach for women and a debutante program for teenage girls ages 15 to 19. Over 500 ​plus teenagers have graduated from this program in the 20 years of its existence.


She was recognized by Pensacola’s Mayor Grover C. Robinson for her outstanding service ​in the community. She was employed with the University of West Florida, as a Human ​Resources Manager with 35 years of experience working in Human Resources ​Management.
